DESCRIPTION 

Increase driver yield rates at high-traffic, unsignalized crosswalks with the R820-F beacon system. Typically installed at mid-block crossings, trail crossings, roundabouts and more, this user-activated warning system flashes circular LED signals or LED enhanced signs to warn drivers of crossing pedestrians or cyclists, highly visible no matter the time of day or weather. A high-powered version of the R820-E, the R820-F can support up to four high-intensity LED beacons as well as additional safety enhancements, such as overhead nighttime street lighting, passive pedestrian detection with sensors, remote connectivity and more. This reliable, easy-to-install beacon can easily operate in northern locations where a typical solar-powered system would not be sustainable and would require frequent, avoidable battery replacements.
